In what format is the product delivered?

A 92-page PDF file, readable on computer, tablet, and smartphone. No specific software required.

How do I receive the pack?

By email, immediately after payment. A download link is sent to you in less than 5 minutes.

I haven't received anything, what should I do?

Check your spam folder, then the email address entered during the order. If nothing arrives within 30 minutes, write to us at contactnovaltrix@gmail.com: we will resend the link within 48 business hours.

Which AIs do the prompts work with?

All of them: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Mistral, and any conversational model. The prompts are tool-agnostic.

Do I need to know how to use AI already?

No. The user guide starts from the basics. If you know how to write a message in a chat, you know how to use the pack.

How long does it take to apply the first prompt?

Less than 15 minutes. Each prompt is ready to use: you replace the indicated variables with your information, you paste, you get a result.

Is this a subscription?

No. One-time payment of €47, lifetime access.

Are updates included?

Yes. Each update of the pack is sent to you at no additional cost.

Can I get a refund?

As the product is digital and immediately downloadable, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the download has begun (article L221-28 of the Consumer Code). In case of a defective file, non-compliance, or double payment, contact us: we will refund or replace. See our refund policy.

Can I use the prompts for my clients?

Yes. The deliverables produced with the prompts (audits, content, campaigns) belong to you and can be invoiced to your clients. Only the resale or redistribution of the pack itself is prohibited.

How do I get an invoice?
