Refund Policy

Principle

NOVALTRIX sells exclusively downloadable digital products. In accordance with article L221-28, 13° of the Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose performance has begun with your express agreement: by confirming your order, you accept immediate access to the product and waive your right of withdrawal.

Cases eligible for a refund

We refund or replace the product in the following cases:

• Defective or unreadable file that we are unable to replace with a functional file
• Product not conforming to its description on the product page (legal guarantee of conformity, art. L224-25-12 et seq. of the Consumer Code)
• Double payment or proven billing error

Procedure

Send your request to contactnovaltrix@gmail.com, including: your order number, the email address used during purchase, and a precise description of the problem. We will acknowledge receipt within 48 business hours.

Processing time

Any accepted refund is made to the payment method used during the purchase, within a maximum of 14 days from the validation of the request.
